Important Notes:

• Turnaround Time: Our standard turnaround time is 8 to 10 business days from the time we receive order approval and payment.
• Shipping: If you would like to pick up your items or have them shipped, please specific by selecting the correct delivery method.
• Artwork: Send artwork to orders@eternaldesigns.co and reference your name in the subject. Acceptable files types include vector images (.ai, .eps) or raster images that are 300dpi at print size (jpg, png, psd, tif). If you need help creating or modifying your artwork, graphic design services is available at an additional cost.
