Our custom online store platform is designed to simplify online ordering and fulfillment for schools, teams, organizations, and businesses. Our goal is to create a seamless experience that is easy to launch, simple to manage, and requires no upfront cost. We handle everything—from product recommendations and merchandise design to storefront creation, order fulfillment, shipping, and customer support—so you can focus on your organization rather than managing orders.
HOW IT WORKS
STEP 1: DESIGN
Complete our Online Store Setup Form to get started. Based on your information, we’ll recommend garment styles and colors that best fit your needs. Once your products are selected, we’ll design your merchandise and build your custom storefront.
STEP 2: REVIEW & LAUNCH
Once your store is complete, we’ll send it to you for review. You’ll have the opportunity to verify product selections, pricing, pickup or shipping information, and all other details before approving the store for launch.
STEP 3: FULFILLMENT
Once the store closes, we’ll compile all orders into a detailed spreadsheet showing product quantities, order totals, shipping fees, taxes, and (if applicable) fundraising proceeds. From there, we’ll begin production and fulfillment, which generally takes about two weeks. Depending on your store setup, orders will either be shipped directly to customers or packaged for pickup.

Really to build your online store?
Does my store need to hit a minimum order quantity?
Yes, every store is required to meet a minimum of 36 pieces, regardless of store type.
What will happen if my store fails to reach the minimum order quantity?
There are two different answers depending on the store type. For fundraiser stores that fail to reach the minimum order quantity, all profit will be forfeited and retained to cover any losses incurred.
For general stores, a store performance penalty will be charged to the store owner for failing to meet the minimum order requirements.
Can my store be open for longer than 2 weeks?
Yes, we can extend the store open period by an additional week, for a total of 3 weeks. However, we cannot and will not extend a store past 3 weeks.
When can I expect to receive the check from my fundraiser store?
Payouts for all fundraising stores are made on the 1st of each month following the store closing. The store must be closed for a minimum of 5 days before the payout date for the payout to be processed on the 1st.
