Important Notes:

• Turnaround Time: Our standard turnaround time is 10 business days from the time we receive order/artwork approval.
• Shipping: If you would like to pick up your items or have them shipped, please specify by selecting the correct delivery method.
• Artwork: Send artwork to orders@eternaldesigns.co and reference your full name/business in the subject
• Acceptable file types include vector images (.ai, .eps) or raster images that are 300 DPI at print size (jpg, png, psd, tif). Creative/graphic design services are available at an additional cost.
